The process of finding someone who you feel comfortable with and feel is able to guarantee reliability in finalising the product as you want it is always a difficulty, and Ross took on the challenge. Not only is he a lovely guy who is extremely down-to-earth, but also someone whose creativity has allowed us to have a brilliant looking product which we are so proud of.
